I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills in Oct 2009
Interview
After scheduling the phone interview date and time with the company recruiter I talked with the hiring manager.. Questions were basic stuff like: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" or he asked me to talk about my work history briefly..why I want to leave my current job..why GM..a few accomplishments from current or past positions..etc.. They did not offer me a job because the job was paying way less then what I made at that time.
