One-on-One interview with my would-be manager. She asked some skills and behavioral based questions. Overall, it was a pretty painless experience.
I submitted my resume through the company website and was contacted a few days later via email by the person giving the interview. On the day of the interview I was given a brief tour of the building and then we went right into the interview.
I was nervous because I would be transitioning from my current blue collar position with the company to white collar role, and I'd been denied a position before because of that transition, but fortunately the interviewer gave me a chance and I was able to do good work for the team.
