I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at General Mills in Sep 2010
Interview
Some of the HR people who work there are clueless and you automatically do not get the job if one of those people meets you. The position sounded cool and the pay was good from what I hear, but the interviewer didn't answer any of my questions and was not helpful at all.
Recruiter Sanchita Dey asked very intrusive personal questions during the interview such as what my spouse does, what my parents do and how many kids do I have. She went on to ask about my salary history and even started arguing about it without sharing any details about the role or the salary range. Very discriminatory policies even before I am hired at HR Mills India. Stay away

I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at General Mills
Interview
The process was short and sweet, but also very thorough. There were several rounds of interviews and each one had a slightly different tone than the last. Overall, the people interviewing were very easy to talk to and seemed to really want to find high character individuals to work for them.
