Had an online interview with all the Executives. Company is VERY Chinese, with authoritative top down decision making. Audio was horrible based on the company's "preferred" conference call software.
Not much "normal" structure besides grilling you with random questions. If you apply for operations, they will try to sell you a sales role asking "would you pick $100 million or go to school?" type of questions.
Lots of passive aggressive feedback and questions from the Executives.
During the interview process they will attempt to sell you other positions that you're not qualified for, then start to complain when you tell them that you don't have the licensing requirements.
One executive will reply to your thank you email bragging that you check out their website.
The company's ideal employees are those who have no aspiration to succeed and do better for themselves. Willing to do too much for too little pay.
