Met the recruiters at a career fair, was given an on-campus interview a couple weeks later and then found out by the end of the week. Interviews were with 2 different people for 30 minutes each, one was more technical and background and the other was behavioral.

The hiring interview process goes first with a hirevue then an interview at their Detroit office where you have two people interviewing you and what not. Moreover you should be prepared to answer behavrioal and technical questions
