I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Warren, MI) in Aug 2009
Interview
Very slow process but methodical. Lots of forms and mutiple levels, places and people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All the usual boring and standard questions. Very little to do with the job at hand, too much focus on internal (non visible) processes and terminology.
The questions were very STAR based and dealt more with what was some projects/obstacles from the past and how you overcame them. The whole process lasted no longer than 40 minutes.
