Seemed to go smoothy with phone interview, face to face was terrible. Appears there is a "must have worked at HP or be indian" menatlity. If you do not fit into one of these backgrounds or ethnicity, you will get a rejection letter. Spoke to many people that have interviewed at this location, everyone had the same opinion. Most IT people do not fit under these behavioral type scenarios. Terrible interviewing methodology.
