Interview
The interview is a very elaborate process including presentations and technical rounds. The evaluation is fair and tough at the same time, The interviewers questions gives a good impression of the peers one would work with. It is a day long affair and if cleared is an enriching experience. It helps the interviewee also to understand if the fit is right.

2. Received a call from the HR two months after I applied. The HR asked basic questions about my resume.
3. I had to take two tests online to test my logical thinking and personality.
4. A month after, I had an on-site interview (whole day!). First I had a one hour behavioral interview. Then I gave a 1-hour long seminar. I had a couple of technical discussions after the seminar, then we went for lunch. After lunch, I had several more technical discussions with several people for about 4 hours. The interviewers were very nice, and I had a great overall experience.
5. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview, and I accepted it.

Interview
I'm in the middle of the interviewing process, just passed the first (prescreening) interview. So far, the interviewer was very polite and kind. Questions were appropriate and the whole interview lasted for less than 30 mins. I'm waiting for the second interview to be scheduled. They said this will be with more technical and behavioural questions.
