I applied online. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied last mid-November through their career site.
Within 1-2 days, I received the invite for a behavioral interview through Hirevue. After completing the behavioral portion, it took 1-2 days after to send the coding challenge. In my experience, it was standard GM timing.
However, I did not hear back from them until late January that they would like to move forward for the final round interview. The entire process from applying to hearing a decision was roughly 2 1/2 months.
They definitely take their time selecting candidates for their roles.

Question 1
Describe a time in which you had to convince someone that your decision was better through logic.
Took the OA, then had three interviews (coding, debugging, behavior), then technical/behavior
Each interview was around 45 minutes. The coding interview had two medium difficulty questions. Then, I read through a file for debugging. The final interview was with the hiring manager.
I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
Video call with 2 panelists, was asked general questions about myself. Was asked verbally how to code a program. How do you approach the problem and what to do to make it better.
Not too hard, I believe there was an OA and then a live coding interview and then a behavioral interview. Everyone was really nice it was really standard I would just practice for the live coding round.
