First had a screen call (5-10 mins) with basic application related questions, then an hour long Interview with multiple people. They took a long time to respond back. Seemed very selective.

Interview was over the phone and it was not hard. They were nice and respectful. the questions were not hard.
they asked about my skills and experience. they asked if I know their history and what I know about the position.
