It was a lengthy process with no communication in between. It took 4 weeks between the phone interview with the recruiter to schedule the onsite interview and then another 4 weeks to hear back. The recruiting coordinator struggled with time zones and it took 3 emails to get a confirmation that one interview was scheduled in CT and the other, on the same day, was in ET.

The interview process is relatively short, consisting of three interviews in total. The initial stage is an introductory call with the hiring manager, usually followed by a technical interview and an HR interview.
