I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Arlington, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview Process was a telephone call that started off with the operator verifying your personal information and letting you know the call might be taped or monitored then continuing on to ask you somewhere in the ball field of three to four questions. Each question you are required to go into detailed but not over exaggerated responses.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where you had a dead line to meet; and a member on your team is not pulling their slack.
Congratulations on accepting the position in Arlington! We appreciate you giving feedback on your interview experience. Phone interviews can sometimes be intimidating, so kudos to you on successfully navigating it! Good luck and welcome to the team!

I applied online. I interviewed at General Motors (GM) (Flint, MI)
Interview
Fast, completely over the phone. Did not do any type of interview what so ever in person. There were come employees that took drug test, it came back after they had been working for weeks already.
No interview just went in for drug test and came back for orientation. Helps to know someone so you're pulled in more quickly. Orientation was was very lax and lasted six days
