Interview
The interview process went smoothly, and the recruiter was very communicative. I didn't get the job, but I would interview with them again in a heartbeat! The questions were not hard hitting, but were definitely meant for someone with the right experience!

I applied online. I interviewed at Genesis Capital (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2021
Interview
1st round interview was a phone screen. Mainly just behavioral and seeing your interest in the firm and IB. I had mine with a VP.
After that, it was a superday on Teams with 4 interviews back to back to back to back. Combination of VPs and younger guys. Questions were a mix of behavioral and some technical questions. Also got a question on my outlook of a market/economy.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Genesis Capital
Interview
Focusing on Negatives throughout the interview i.e. reasons previous employee was let go, chaos environment, long hours, etc. Hiring Manager failed to build a rapport and lack of care to make a positive impression on multiple levels. I had a feeling this company had a bad culture and atmosphere did not seem friendly. I did not proceed further with the interview process for aforementioned reasons.
