Overall the interview was very smooth. I applied online, recruiter called next day, interview sued for next week, called back half a week later. The DOR and my supervisor were the ones who interviewed me. It was online through zoom because of COVID. A recruiter called me after to offer the job.

Average. The interview began and ended within the time allotted. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk with. She described the job accurately and I accepted the position when offered.

Interview
Pretty simple. The first interview is with the recruiter, then with DOR of your primary site. You can submit all documents required online. Since, the position that was being offered involved 3 buildings, I was asked to tour all three buildings with my interviewer. This was helpful because it gave an idea of the environment of each building, I got to meet some of the administration and rehabilitation staff, and meet the other DORs I would be working with.
