Interview process was very smooth, one round with the hiring manager and one with someone on the team. They just asked about my overall experience. Each person I met was very nice and the conversation felt very natural! Overall, it was a very positive experience and would've been a good leader to report to.
One of the reasons I chose not to accept is the PTO policy which is strictly two weeks no matter how long you've worked there, but they try to sell it as "over 4 weeks of paid time off" since you get some sick days and a few personal days. They also try to sell the 10 paid holidays which isn't really a selling point, you should just be given those days off in the first place. Chose not to accept as I cannot support a company that doesn't show employee appreciation by their lack of proper PTO/benefits packages for their employees.
