I waited for communication, but eventually had to email them myself to get a response. Only then did I receive a polite rejection email stating that they had chosen to move forward with other applicants. Overall, the process was straightforward but lacked transparency and timely communication. There were no interviews or further steps beyond the application stage in my case.
