It is very fun to talk with the recruitment team, they focus on a lot of creative ideas. So just present the most interesting ones you think. They follow up also very quickly.

Could you explain your design ideas related with embodied carbon energy?
1 interview + many follow-up calls. HR and the office that you apply to might be in different locations. 45-60mins interview was quick and efficient, and they have many professional teams to discuss different questions that you have.

The interview with HR is friendly. They gave a lot of information about the office. It is a bit slow to get an interview scheduled with them since they have a lot of candidates.

They asked me what’s my goal if I ever worked at the company. Then, they asked if I have any idea what office I want to work for.

It was great! First I was contacted by a regional hiring person then I had two rounds of interviews before receiving my offer! The process was a bit slow, but nothing unexpected from such a large firm!
