Interview
I applied online for an internship in February, I believe. Sent a resume and a few work samples. I heard from them about a month later via email, saying they reviewed my portfolio and resume and would like to continue with a phone interview. I picked a day that worked for me..they called right on time. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was overall a pleasant experience although I was nervous, initially! They asked questions about my schooling, what I expected from an internship experience, what kinds of computer skills I had, etc. They asked for any other school projects I could show them, so I emailed them afterwards with attachments of additional projects. A week later they called me asking me if I would like to come and work for them for the summer! They also sent an email. I accepted a few days later and that was that!! It was a great experience.
They conducted an English only interview. A self intro and portfolio sharing, followed by a quick, causal chat with team members. Very friendly vibe overall and I would recommend this firm.

Interview
The interview process felt like a gradual conversation where each step became more personal and specific. It started with a recruiter call that was relaxed and focused on my background and interest, then moved into a deeper discussion with the hiring manager where I walked through my experiences and explained my thinking and design approach.
they ask you to explain your portfolio and they ask questions about it. They also ask my last intern experiences. And if their is one specific project that i wish to join.
