HR interview average confirming skills aligned with job description, then an Interview with 4 studio directors, got an offer 3 months after, HR callback for salary offer, not willing to negotiate
I had one interview with two team members and was offered an internship shortly after. It was a great experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, collaborative culture, and creative energy of the Detroit office—it really affirmed my interest in working in a dynamic design environment.

Interview
Long, but overall well communicated and thorough. Generally a two month process from initial application to offer letter, with multiple interviews with gradually higher level of designers. They want to make sure the applicant is the right cultural fit within the team.
