Interview was thorough, very warm and informative. I was thankful to have an individual inform me of what job expectations were in a genuine manner! Oftentimes, interviewers are quick to highlight the positives.

In-person, informed, prepared. The process involved a panel interview with the training director and the Masters counselor; several standard questions -- the company required travel for a three-day orientation and training (Pennsylvania). Immersion training was effective, and exposure to the various house parents utilizing the points system seemed a suitable way to orient new trainees.
