Starts looking professional as the company is owned by a larger group. When it comes to the interview, I was welcome by what seemed to be the Head of the Office (he didn't exactly introduce himself).
It sounded soulless, old-school and very very male, I didn't feel at ease.
It didn't seem there was any serious onboarding program

Interview process was lengthy with 6 interviews and basic questions plus an exercise. They were transparent about a high turnover of staff. Salary was a low offer relative to industry.
