I applied via indeed; the interview was scheduled for the next day. I arrived to the office (very nice building) about 10 minutes early. I was greeted by the front desk associate (really nice) & was told to wait for the person I was meeting with. A few moments later he arrived & escorted me to a room. He began by allowing me to tell him about myself then told me the specifics of the position. The interview was very informal and felt really impersonable. He did not ask any personality or scenario related questions. He asked for my resume & only acknowledged the first page & last position I worked in. I followed up his quick spill with questions of my own. This was the quickest interview I have ever had & honestly I felt it was based upon my looks instead of my background/experience.
