I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Georgia State University (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Questions heavily favored the STAR method. Had to list situations, tasks, actions, and results for every question. Questions vary from leadership to community building, to teamwork. Be prepared to explain every answer, don't be afraid of how long it takes to answer questions.

Question 1
Describe a time you have worked in a group and your idea was challenged, how did you react and why?
The interview was virtual and pre-recorded. It was not difficult at all, you had to use the STAR method, and you had about 300 seconds to prepare for each question after viewing the prompt. It was about 4-5 different prompts, and after recording each video, you submitted the interview and waited for a response.

Interview
One or two people interview you, one housing staff member and one student housing staff. You were given a presentation to create before hand so you present that first. Then they will ask you three questions and you answer in the S.T.A.R Method.
