It was very simple and they asked basic leadership questions. They were understanding of a lack of experience in the field and were open to learning on the job. There were a lot of people on the call for the interview, which was a little unnerving. It was pretty to the point and a large portion of the interview time was spent explaining the lab the job was with and what my role would be in it.
