Initial survey was a 3 question response, and then 4 rounds of interviews 2 with small group and 2 that were one on one's with higher level professors. These interviews and surveys were spread over that last 2-3 months, and then recieved offer letter.

It was a 40min-ish long virtual interview. There were two interviewers. They asked about 10 questions. The questions were not too picky or difficult to answer. The interviewers were very kind and understandable.
