The interview process was structured as a three-step process over the course of a month.
1. Initial Interview – A preliminary discussion to assess my background and fit for the role.
2. Full Presentation & Business Ideas – A more in-depth stage requiring me to present a comprehensive business plan along with strategic ideas.
3. Culture Fit Interview – A final conversation to evaluate alignment with the company’s values and team dynamics. I was informed that I would receive a decision within a week.
Despite being told I would hear back within that timeframe, I did not receive any communication. Later, I noticed that the role had been reposted. I reached out to thank the team and inquire about the status, but I never received a response. While the process itself was straightforward and the team was friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up—especially after investing significant time and effort in a multi-round interview process that included developing and presenting a business plan.
