The interview process was fine until the end of the process. I completed three interviews (recruiter, hiring manager, and team) and I completed a project. After the interviews, I was told that the team would reach out after a week with an answer. It has now been 4 weeks since I interviewed and I have yet to receive any communication from the recruiter. I understand not getting the job but not emailing someone after spending time seemed rude. I have written to the internal Getty Images recruiter twice with no response. I have seen this in other posts on here and I just don't understand what is going on. Please kindly reject people after they have spent several hours of their time on interviews and entire weekend on a project. I don't think that is asking for a lot. I am disappointed because up until the end of the interview process, it was great to meet the people on the team and do the project. After this, I don't plan on interviewing at Getty Images for any other positions.
