      Interview

Contacted by HR a couple weeks after applying. I was skeptical because of the reviews they have on their interview process. The interview was very laid back and positive attitude from the HR person, which made me be hopeful about the process. At the end, the HR person said they'd love to schedule me with the hiring manager right away for a second interview, was asked to email my avaialbility for the next few days to make it happen. I did right after the interview. Literally never heard back from them and it's been two weeks. Why say that at the end of the interview for nothing? And if the process really is long or for whatever other reason.... the lack of communication from the HR person being nonexistent and them being unreachable right after the interview is truly disappointing and unprofessional. It's true what others said, almost always a waste of time.
