2 rounds of interviews with the manager and then the GM. Basic knowledge of food and wine. Be prepared to talk about how you impact the guest experience. They are big on regulars so know some of the crowd will help.

Interview process was done well and professionally, however they made things unclear as of what they wanted out of me. They were somewhat so stuck on presence & I felt as an interviewer there was no room for camaraderie or being interpersonal, which is important while interviewing. Kept my resume and called me nearly 6 months later, I assume for patio season
