Gilo Industries Group interview questions

Arrived for the interview on the time agreed with HR, however the interviewer had double booked and was in a meeting for approximately an hour. This led me to being toured around the office with the current intern and then waiting around until the interviewer was free. One key thing to note during the process is the location of the company since where it is based is quite remote with not much nearby.

Largely informal but friendly approach, typical conversation of previous work history and attitude etc. Very laid back approach with no apparent structure to the process however the information was listened to with appropriate responses and of course opportunities to ask questions about the business at the end.
