I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gilo Industries Group
Interview
Interviewed with a senior engineer and an intern. Very informal an easy, more like a conversation than an interview. Also gave me a tour of the office and CNC shop witch was good.

Question 1
Are you familiar with solid-works and a vault system?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gilo Industries Group (Semley, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Arrived for the interview on the time agreed with HR, however the interviewer had double booked and was in a meeting for approximately an hour. This led me to being toured around the office with the current intern and then waiting around until the interviewer was free. One key thing to note during the process is the location of the company since where it is based is quite remote with not much nearby.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General HR style questions such as strengths and weakness shown during my time at university. Technical questions involved assessing a part of a rotary engine and responding to questions such as how to elongate the life of the part.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gilo Industries Group (Semley, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
Largely informal but friendly approach, typical conversation of previous work history and attitude etc.
Very laid back approach with no apparent structure to the process however the information was listened to with appropriate responses and of course opportunities to ask questions about the business at the end.
