Gingersnaps interview questions

Initially taken aback with the factory environment and the entire design office being one big room. I was asked to accomplish two tasks for the test then brought to interview. She was nice and entertained all my questions, I believe we went over the time limit. Overall an okay experience with interview, just got turned off with the location and the fact that its a 10hr shift

The interview was conducted in a factory compound in Pasig. Upon entry at the reception, they hand out a small gate pass that HR has to sign to clear you for exit. HR asked to fill out a 3-page information sheet on mimeograph paper -- seemed outdated. The HR Manager claimed to have a one-day recruitment process, but it actually took four weeks due to the hiring manager's travel schedule. Initially, the HR team was professional and provided timely feedback, but after promising to give feedback by the end of the week, they went silent. When I followed up, HR ignored my message. This experience gave me insight into the company's culture of how they treated employees. The interview was conducted by the HR Manager, Operations Head, and the President. Even when candidates don't make it, they deserve a professional, proper endorsement and handling of the application.
