I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Girl Scouts USA (Austin, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process was long and thorough, consisting of four rounds in total. Three were conducted virtually, each with a different member of the team to assess various aspects of my experience and fit for the role. The final interview was in person, held over lunch, which provided a more conversational and personal setting to get to know the team’s dynamic and culture better. Overall, the process felt comprehensive and intentional, giving both sides a chance to ensure it was a strong mutual fit.

Question 1
Ability to hire new staff and manage disgruntled employees- many who volunteered and worked there had applied for the position that was offered to me.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Girl Scouts USA (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2018
Interview
I filled out an application online, had an assessment test emailed to me. Got a call a few days later that was an informal phone interview. A few days after that I got a call for an in person interview. The interview was 4 pages of questions that two interviewers asked. This lasted an hour and 45 minutes. I have never heard back from the interviewers although they were nice to talk to. Felt like a huge waste of time. Just waiting for the decline email.
