Before I begin, I can recommend for those who have an interview to try and share their experience. While I had my interviews with this company I read everyone's feedback and those who had negative experiences I too can admit this happened wirh me and I found to be poor and sad as the company is growing but the staff managing is leading to a disaster.
Interview stage.
The interview stages range from 5 to 6 stages. I initially made through stage 1 and stage 2 I was not successful, although hiring manager considered the stage to be the third (I found it to be odd).
First stage I had a set of questions given via email to complete and submit, this was then followed successful for a video conference with the hiring manager who was clueless about product functionality and had no programming bavkground whatsoever, only pointer was asking a set of questions from a script and when asked on product question he couldn't answer because he didn't know but pointed his strengths to grow and go the extra mile. When it came for the role and roadmap projects, no idea, depends on the company direction.
It left me thinking about whether this hiring manager to be my line manager if hired what will happen since the position is to be live next year and furthermore working hours not set or unsure (response maybe xyz).
We ended the call and I chased next day for feedback, but the recruiter (to be fair they came rather quick) said they have no feedback policy but apologetic and wished best of luck with the job search.
Overall process for 2 stages was 3 weeks. Very slow, poor, and not recommended.
