Probably the worst interview process I've ever had with a large company. The interviews themself are fine, but the cycle and schedule are completely unorganized. It was tough to understand the roadmap and get an idea of what is next or what interviews are about, so I felt disconnected. While they engaged with me to start the interview cycle, the hiring manager was unfriendly from the beginning for some reason, and I had to ping them many times to get any update. Overall had 3 rounds of interviews. After the last one, I had to wait more than 9 days to get any feedback again (and got it only because I reached them out again), so I decided to exit the cycle.
