Interview
The process was smooth and very nice up until the end.
I had an HR interview , then I met with the head of marketing. Everyone was lovely and the interviews were simple. I then presented my case study and was ghosted for 3 weeks.
They finally came back to me and told me they wanted to move me to the final round. They scheduled the interview then they rescheduled and then in the end cancelled last minute because the person I was meeting had something else last minute.
I was then ghosted again.
This company lacks serious communication skills.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Gleamer (Paris) in May 2023
Interview
The recruiters were friendly throughout the entire process and made me feel at ease. This created a comfortable environment, which made it easier for me to showcase my skills and experience. However, I was surprised when the interviewer unexpectedly presented a technical test during the interview. It wasn't something that had been mentioned or scheduled beforehand. Although it caught me off guard, I approached it with an open mind and did my best to tackle the challenge. Overall, it was a positive interview.
