Global Experience Specialists interview questions

The interview process is fairly straightforward. First you meet with the recruiter, then you meet with two directors, and either you get an offer or you don’t. I met with the recruiter on a Tuesday, was told I’d hear back about next steps that following Monday, and that they were looking for someone to start at the beginning of April. This was a month ago and I never heard back from the recruiter either way. This was my second time applying for a role at the company. The first time was a great experience and although I didn’t get a job offer, I knew I’d apply again for the right opportunity. This time I had a terrible experience (same recruiter too!). I will not be applying again to this company due to the experience I just had and how low the pay range is. If you’ve previously been laid off, beware because they do not like to see that on your resume even in today’s job market.

Got told I would be set up for a 3rd interview. I was asked when I was available, provided my availability ten minutes later only to be ghosted for several weeks. I reached out multiple times and got no answer and then after a full month I got a rejection email
