    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Global Experience Specialists (Milwaukee, WI) in February 2016.

    Interview

GES visited my school to recruit for this position. I was approached by a team of people and had to speak with everyone in the team at least once. I first had a phone interview which was very brief and they asked basic questions, "Why GES" etc.. After my phone interview I was contacted shortly after for an in person interview on campus. The only question really asked in the interview was about leadership roles. I would give an example of a leadership role in my past work experiences and he would ask for another and another and another. This interview lasted about 1/2 hour. I then received another phone interview within a week after my in person interview. In this interview I asked questions about bad customer reviews and bad employee reviews online and the interviewer was very defensive.

    Interview Questions

    • What was a leadership role you had in your last work experience?
      Why GES?
Are you willing to relocate?   Answer Question
