Easy, 1 with the person in charge of my program and one with the person who ran the program on the ground. Took bout a month total. Was great. It wasn’t exactly clear and true to the job though.
They will ask about different situations and how you respond to them. There are two interviews in total and then you will get a notification about the results of the interview process

It was professional. I didn't felt uncomfortable or scared.
They were kind and useful. I enjoyed talking with the HR person.

What would you do if one student tells you that other students are using alcohol and drugs?
What is your experience with teenagers?
What is your biggest culture immersion?
What do you find interesting and specific about working with teenagers?
What would you bus driver is speeding?
How would you lead a debrief after the day?
What would you do if it is raining and you have to do the outdoor activity? (Can you switch for indoor activities or take a raincoat, water bottle, sunscreen, .... mosquito repellent-always have this things with students).
