Global Organ Group interview questions

A collegaue of mine recommended me that traditional Dutch musical instrument company. Regarding my previous experience, as I was working in an organ building company and I am also expert in pipe organ controller electronics, it seemed to be a perfect match. I had one personal interview with them. They weren't interested in my previous projects at all (I showed them my own-designed circuit boards), and they asked me very personal questions. They were also interested in my religional background. The interviewers were the owners of the company. THey promised to contact me within a few weeks, but they "forgot" it.
