I applied online, was asked to complete several online assessments and then a telephone interview was set up. After the telephone interview, a face to face meeting was set up and several weeks after that a formal offer was made.

Applied online. First round is interview with the recruiter, video call on Zoom. It's just normal questions, but didn't have the chance to talk to the hiring manager for the next round.
There is a pretty lengthy process for background check. You have to list all history of work and where you have lived. Then if you pass someone calls you to confirm the schedule and to guide you to next steps.
