The interview process had four distinct stages. It commenced with an initial 15-minute phone call with the recruiter. Following mutual agreement on the next phase's schedule, the second round involved a 30-minute discussion with both the project manager and director. An hour after the second interview, I received a call from the recruiter along with feedback related to the second phase. The feedback was positive and propelled me into the third part of the process. The third stage entailed a technical assessment that needed completion before proceeding to the final part. The final stage took place with two managers from two teams and lasted about an hour. Overall, the process was well-structured with excellent communication between me and the hiring team. Their thoughtful questions and genuine interest in my experiences not only allowed me to showcase my skills but also provided me with a deeper understanding of the role and the company's values.
