Long and drawn out. Don't make decisions quickly. Lots of middle managers. Unqualified CEO. No long term plan. No one is willing to take responsibility in the company. This is a family business with significant South American interests. The company struggles with vision and goals.

There were no difficult questions. The difficulty was in the number of people required to make a decision, largely about subject matter that is not their specialty.
