Interview
Initial role fit interview with recruiter, followed by Skype call, on-site day consisting of technical, role fit and culture fit interviews. There was a huge focus on the culture fit being right, which was an encouraging sign.

I got 3 interviews: first with recruiter, then managers, and onsite several interviews with different departments.
Fast response. Nice people. Smooth recruitment process. Good communication.
Recruiter, managers and senior staffs are well trained for interviewing, others read off transcripts.
