Super easy interview. No need to wear formal attire. You don't need to speak english, unless you're applying for CSR position. You will be asked basic knowledge about languages connected to web dev. Panel interview most of the time.

Straight to the point assessment and they also have a technical exams. They will inform you about the interview and give you time and other requirements to have to prepare yourself.
