Good understanding question about you and your expertiece. Got the Job so maybe im biased. Seemed like a normal human to human interraction and not just some robot interwiever talking and asking questions about you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GoExcellent (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Apr 2012
Interview
I first became aware of the company through a previous colleague. I submitted my CV through them to the hiring department. My first contact was a phone call, then a meeting with HR representative asking general customer facing role questions. After this interview phase I had a one to one meeting with my direct manager to be and again we digged deeper into issues in customer facing and sales related roles. I then had a last meeting to discuss offers and then finally became the successful candidate and got the job.
