Initial phone screen and an interview with the hiring manager. Initial phone call with the recruiter explained to the best of their knowledge what the role is. Pretty standard phone screen. Met with the hiring manager and I explained what was told about the role from the recruiter and the hiring manager said that's not exactly what the role is. So red flag there. Hiring manager, didn't really ask about my experience, seemed more interested in fit with the company.
All in all, not the best experience. First, I was communicated a date as to when they would get back to me. They didn't meet their end of that bargain so they're organized in that. Red flag number 2. Next, I didn't even get communication that they aren't moving forward with my candidacy. They are a ghosting-type company. They don't even have the professional courtesy for jobsearchers. Red flag number 3. That says a lot about a company on how they treat people outside their organization. GoFormz is pretty dehumanizing and these two red flags alone in this interview is very telling how unstructured GoFormz is.
