      Pros

      Feel well taken care of and happy with the work life balance. My contributions are appreciated, and I feel supported when I need guidance.

      Cons

      Nothing note worthy. Every company every human interaction comes with balance and I think GoFormz is very level headed and great place to work.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working at GoFormz, especially my team. I was a remote employee, so I can't speak to the in office atmosphere. However, as a remote employee, I always felt included and not any different from my in-office coworkers. My manager was fantastic, never micro-managed, and I had the freedom to pitch my ideas and explore career growth options. Great competitive pay, yearly raises, and great PTO that is encouraged to take!

      Cons

      Honestly nothing worthy of note, I've worked at companies that severely lacked in communication and GoFormz didn't come close to that. So don't let the negative reviews scare you off. Marketing team is really solid
