Interview
Group interview with hiring manager and roughly 10 other candidates online. Manager asked targeted questions to each candidate, but discussion among group was encouraged.
Following the video interview, skill assessments were completed in target fields of study. Threshold had to be hit in order to teach the given subject.

Easy going, only had group interview with 1 question asked towards me. Everyone was friendly. Questions ranged greatly but more behavioural like how would you teach someone who doesnt want to learn

Il colloquio si è svolto online, insieme ad altri candidati. Ci siamo presentati a turno, chi si candidava per insegnare lingue straniere si è presentato nelle lingue scelte. Infine è stata posta a ognuno una domanda motivazionale.
