Met with the Assistant Store Mgr, had to wait about 30 minutes or so as the store was busy, which he prepared me for as a possibility. We sat outside and he had a brand new interview packet in which he asked some questions about previous employers as well as some behavior based questions. There were about 15 questions total. Total interview time was about 45 minutes.

Quick and straight to the point. Sales oriented and incentives included. Be sure to prepare for:Conduct internet and wireless phone service presentations in public settings.
Maintain above-average knowledge of brand technology in order to troubleshoot devices for clients.
Provide troubleshooting support to end-user onsite and remotely at other Samsung affiliate companies.
Work with network implementation managers and network design teams to successfully launch internet circuits.
Attend formal and informal training to better understand Verizon technology and services to better assist customers.
Discuss cellular equipment operation over the telephone to explain equipment usage and to troubleshoot equipment problems.
group interview. felt like they woukd take abybody. High turnover rate so they needed to hire any decent human being. The person who hired me lied and said id make at least 15 an hour.
