Interview
The hiring process was a mix of phone interviews as well as In-person, and travel to Itasca, IL. If you are a person that enjoys working with individuals that have no managerial experience, tack, or class , and are plain rude, then this job / company is for you! Division has no strategic financial plan and individual leads lack in knowledge of planning models. Team lead is not a leader.

Interview
The leadership in this company is questionable, real managers do not rip up individuals resumes in the middle of an Interview. Lack of professional respect, and plain 101 managerial skills are not present in the finance department. (This includes the senior leadership and the director level)
