The manager met me at a little table with a tiny piece of scrap paper asked me a few no brain questions and i was hired. I saw him hire many people this way. If you had a pretty face you could get a job here.If you had a great personality but you weren't too cute you weren't hired. Many people came to interview but if they didnt look a certain way they weren't hired. I must have had the look was hired on the spot

Straight forward, looking for a candidate that will represent the company in a positive manner and welcome every person that comes through the front door. As for qualities/experience they mainly look at your customer service skills and your ability to work in a team.

They said they loved me and that I would be moved forward to second interview...ended up calling them 3 times over a course of 2 weeks and apparently the GM was too busy to interview me.. when they need people.. then emailed me saying I didnt get it when I was waiting to get interviewed again.
